Yes,you can upload mobile version videos to your facebook account at the top where it is mentioned to upload photos/videos, choose your file and upload it and post it ....its so simple and easy.

If you still facing problem to upload,then convert the video format to 3gp,avi,mp4 etc...i am sure yuor problem will be solved.
