how do you know if someone turned off the "seen" on Facebook?
can you tell if someone turned off the "seen" thing that shows you if they have read the message? and how accurate is then "last active" thing on Facebook?

You cannot tell wether the person has turned off 'seen' or not on Facebook and the 'last active' sign is completely accurate.
