No you cannot. The idea of blocking someone is to keep them from viewing your profile or seeing anything about you.

No. You can only see the person if you log in using one of his/her friends' FB account that isn't blocked like you.

No you cannot, when someone blocks you, it's like they never had a facebook so you can't see their profile and they can't see yours either. You can see them on your friends friends list, but the number of their friends wont change though
