Why do foreighn guys keep adding me on facebook?

I keep getting friend requests from foreighn middle aged guys. I dont understand how they even find me in the first place! I live in america! Ive otten like six this month and i block them all because it creeps me out. Why does this happen?

I would probably delete all the requests. if you have chatted on yahoo or Hotmail, this is where they get your information. if you have never chatted, they probably do random searches of popular names or popular aliases. it's a huge network, they might live overseas, but they most likely have friends or acquaintances living in the u.s. or close to where you live, so it's best to delete them all.

I also had that problem too, very creepy indeed, I think I lked certain music then I got all these requests from weirdo's. I blocked them all.
