All you have to do is share the link to the GIF, and to save it just drag it to your desktop, or even better save the link to your desktop.

the gif would have to be hosted somewhere else, as facebook doesnt support animated gifs

so you would need to just post the link to the gif and people would have to click on it to see it animate
