Question about twittering.....?

Hi, I was experimenting with twittering, and I was wondering how possible it was if someone could convince a celebrity to get a twitter by starting a trend.
This is what I'm trying to do (Hopefully it's the right way to go) haha
I've been trying to spread the word that I wanted Chris Pine to get a twitter via #ChrisPine
I wanted everyone who wants to see him tweet put that... however I don't know if that's the effective route to go.
What should I do to increase the chances (even by 1%) that Chris Pine get a twitter by seeing these #ChrisPine's?
