My Facebook got phished should I be worried ?

I've never had this happen before they asked to tell pictures of my friends for identity reasons and got them all right and got my Facebook back but is my computer safe to be using its a mac not a windows The only thing I can think of that caused it would be that I saw this video on YouTube that gives you free friends and like 5,000 emails to copy and send to other people on Facebook for a friend request I did that and I think thats what put me in this big mess I am not sure what to do am I over doing this ??

Yes, sending random friend requests like that will get your Facebook page blocked like. Do not do anything like this again.

yes. you should have to worried because your Facebook id will be hack soon and you should change your password if currently you are using your facebook account and successfully. If very important for you to change password.
