If you delete your history it shouldn't automatically log you in.

Go into Facebook and logout. When you go to log back in, there will be a little box that says something like 'always keep me signed in'. Unstick that box and sign in : )

You can avoid this by configuring your browser to automatically clean cookies and other temporary internet files when you close the browser. Depending on the kind of browser you're using (Google Chrome, IE, Firefox etc), this can be configured in your browser's privacy settings.

open facebook page, since you said it's logged in, you'll reach to home page. Do sign out and it'll ask you to enter your password for re log in. Below the email address unchecked the option keep me logged in. Now on wards you wont be automatically logged in.
