Its done automatically if its spelt correctly and has the surname with it.

Write @ directly followed by the person's name, without a space. The name will come, select it. It will be tagged.

If you use Computer or other modernized devices, it is extremely simple: Just type @ followed by the name you want.... computer then will automatically select the name as a hyperlink..don't leave space.
If you use mobile phone, enter his/her ID inside the, @[:] Example, @[10000123456789x:] ....ID is found on profile photo by using page-info Browser option. Many of which start with 10000...... |
