Deactivate it, or get rid of your computer. I'd suggest the first, and using your computer to improve your English though.

it is not definitly at your age you need to be more out there doing stuff then facebook watch this 1 day u will regret it try and tone down to maybe half an hour to 1 hour a day and go and play or go shoppin wit your mates go and have fun while your young its the only opportunity you only get to live once dont waste it on a computer. trust me
