Why won't my s3 download Facebook?

Why won't my s3 download Facebook?
When I download facebook to my s3 it loads all the way and at the end of downloading it says an error 24 has stopped from installing the app

u just need to do a factory reset. the problem will continue on other apps too. if u have data, like pictures or videos or contacts save them on your computer and then factory reset the mob. that will do it
