Facebook Uploading Video Problem?

Every time i try to upload something it goes to 98% then it says something went wrong. Now it is something definitely with my account. My friend logged in on my computer and uploaded it fine. Now we thought its because it was his video so we download one of like another page and try uploading it to my account and then it doesn't work same error He trys it on his account does work? I don't want to make a new account what is wrong with it!?!

Maybe these are some of the causes that you can't upload the videos:
1.Make sure your video is in a supported format. You'll have the best luck with the MP4 format.
2.Make sure your video doesn't exceed the size or time limits you see on the upload page.
3.Check that you're using the latest version of asupported browser.
4.Remember: Trying to upload thesame video multiple times won't speed up the process. While you wait, you can open up another tab
