I forgot my fb password and the password from the email!?

I changed my fb password yesterday, but I added many words and I forgot which exact words I had picked and what was their order. Believe me, I tried many combinations, but none of them seems to be the one. Another problem is that I have forgotten the password from the facebook email because I no longer use that email, at least 5 years. I don't know the answers of the security questions that I have chosen back when I created the email, so the situation is pretty bad.

Can anybody help me? If you have an email from the support team, or if you ever been in a situation similar to mine, please tell me a solution. Thank you ALL in advance.

best thing to do is to contact the help centre as it can help you or click on forgot password and you can either verify your email or to verify your mobile number. i have that problem a lot!
