Does anyone know the answer to this facebook timeline question? Please help!! 10 points best answer!!?
So there is a friend of mine (lets call her Maggie) that got tagged in a photo. A friend of Maggie's (we'll call her tracy) had tagged her in it. I noticed this picture in Tracy's photo album. However, when I went onto Maggie's home page, I saw no trace of this picture from Tracy's photo album on Maggie's timeline. Isn't it true that if someone is tagged in a photo, that photo automatically is posted onto their timeline? If that is the case, then why hadn't I seen that photo on Maggie's timeline? If anyone can answer this question I would very much appreciate it and will give you full credit for your answer and in addition I shall answer any questions you may have as well to the best of my ability! Thanks to all of you in advance! Smile

Facebook implemented a "Remove Tag" feature and a "Remove photo" feature.
People may be tagged in photos they feel are not complimentary of themselves, so rather than be forced into the tag and have to ask the tagger, they can remove the hyperlink from the image (make their name not-clickable or tagged, so they aren't tied to the pic). Their name will still be there as if they are tagged, and it'll highlight their face when you mouse over the name as though they were tagged, but clicking the name will not get you there.

However, if you can still click the name, implying they are still tagged, then Maggie simply removed the photos from her facebook. A more subtle way of removal, if you ask me.
