Is there any means by which we can see that how pepole have blocked on facebook?

When someone is blocked, you cannot see his/her profile and vice versa. You can only see who you have blocked, and he/she can only see who he/she blocked. There isn't a way for you to see who blocked you. I'm not sure if I was able to answer your question

There is no means to see how many people have been blocked on facebook, If you're blocked from someone you cannot see their profile, if they're in your friend list and their profile is a gray picture and you cannot click on it then you're blocked.
In your account settings you have an option to add people to the Block option but you cannot see who blocks who. Hope this helps you.
