try to block you ex with that you won't be able to view her profile nor he/she can view yours the best solution without unfriending is this

why don't you just block or unfriend her, If you're that paranoid then just deactivate it for a bit.

You cannot deactivate it just for her, either unfriend her or block her. Maybe just deactivate your account.
