Do Facebook friend requests expire?

So I got a friend request from a person from my school who I go to classes with. She added me back in March of this year. I just ignored all the friend requests I got during that time up until now, but then I decided to just add them since they're people I've met in real life and know. But when I checked earlier, her friend request wasn't there and when I go to her profile it just says add friend and she appears on the find friends thing. I don't remember decline it or anything. Unless someone went on my account or something, since I went on my fb on someone else's laptop, but I'm pretty sure I logged out and didn't save the password unless it's automatic? All the other requests are there, but not hers. I don't want to send her one because she probably won't add me since I ignored hers.

They don't expire she mostly likely noticed you never accepted it and felt embarrassed and just canceled her friend request.

Never it does not expire but i think she must have seen that you are not accepting her request and felt very disappointing with your this behavior as she is girl and sended you the request from her side she must have felt bad that from long time you are not accepting her request and so she had canceled the request.

No, they don't expire. When they decline a friend request that is what happens. Some people only accept their closest friends.
