Facebook Blocked me from Adding Content? PLEASE HELP!?

Facebook has temporarily blocked me from comment on pages (like pages) and what's not..I can still comment on my friends stuff though. How long is this temporary restriction going to last?

I mean on May 2nd I clicked on the Nicki Minaj s#x tatpe thing because I was curious but then it said I had to enter my age..I'm 20 but I didn't do anything after that I just exited the screen and then when I logged back in to fb spam was being shared from my account and my friends walls and I had to manually delete it (that was EXHAUSTING) and now I want to comment on stuff on the "like" pages but I can't....so how long is it going to take or who do I have to contact?

Get rid of Facebook and try Twitter or another social networking service
