My Internet DOwnloading on idm is about100 KB/s but on utorrent this is O.1KB/s.
Can any one tell me about this problem.

with torrents, it all depends on how many good seeds you have

it has nothing to do with your bandwidth limits

No sir, it's just because seeds. The more the people seed, the faster your connection is. For example, if you search dashlane premium in kickasstorrents, many results will drop down. Then click 'seed' at the top bar to sort the content with the most seeders. That should do the trick Oh, and wait, check out your bandwidth limit too. If you wanna try a better and cooler one, try Tixati torrent downloader. That would be cooler.

Have you cleared the network connection for uTorrent?
