What can I do to get tnto my facebook?

Ok well all my families computers were recently hacked through the internet by some people from the Philippines. We got rid of all the bugs but mum told me to change every password on my internet accounts. Which I did, except with my facebook account I forgot to write it down and now I can't remember it :/ Daft I know. utB I can't use the email address my facebook is with because I deactivated it ages ago not realising it was the one I use for facebook. So I have a bit of a dilemma, basically I have no idea how to get back into my facebook account without making a new one which I don't particularly want to do tbh :/ Thanks for any help! It is greatly appreciated believe me...

every e-mal address has a secondary e-mail address backup.
You may need to recover your pwd from over there.

Other than that, theres no way.

You can request a new password by clicking the Forgot your password? link on the Facebook login page. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

If you're logged into your account:
Click at the top right of any Facebook page and select Account Settings
Click on the Password section
Enter your current password and a new password and save your changes

Password Tips:

Use a different password than the ones you use for other sites or services

Make sure your password is long and strong: use a combination of at least 6 numbers, letters and punctuation marks

Don't use words found in the dictionary
