Did you download them to your computer/laptop? When you have done that, go to your account like normal and you will find an upload photos option on your Facebook page then find your picture and upload it

you must download the picture though your camera or take the sd card and put to the computer area tthen scan it to you deshtop.to choice what picture.to upload

first connect your camera/phone to your computer using a USB
open your camera/phone on your computer as a folder,
find the place it dumps the photo's you make
for ease: copy the right photo to your desktop
goto facebook, then get to the point you have to give it your photo
eitherway drag it into the box or if presented with a "select file" form, you goto your desktop using the form and select the file you put there
