Active sessions when I log in?

Whenever I review my security settings on Facebook there is a notification at the bottom that says I'm currently logged in at another location, and this concerns me especially since I have never been to nor do I live anywhere near the specified location (Richardson, TX).....does this mean my account is being hacked? I change my password quite often but it still says the same thing and it won't go away.

hi, you account is not hacked , it is just a probleme of Adresse IP , The probleme is of your"Provide to Acces to Internet"

Since this guy release his stupid hack couple of weeks ago a lot of accounts are getting hack http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oukIiaRQQ8Y , I myself was hacked just two days ago, this is getting out of control -_-
