can i use a schools name on facebook?

I have made a comment on facebook regarding my sons school and how they let him down,i used the schools name but in no way was i using swear words or abuse,all i have done is use the schools name is it illegal to use a schools name in the uk,help,i have been called in like im a naughty chils.

I doubt it is illegal. I know it is not in the US, but not sure about UK. I suggest a google search to check local laws. But odds are it is not, you still have the freedom to complain right?
