need help on facebook built in messenger on firefox?

i enabled this feature and then removed it . since that day whenever someone sends me a chat message, the chat pop up windows does not come up and the message goes in my messages on top bar (message notification). really frustrated.

Thats Probably Because your Offline On Chat to Get Pop up Messages you have To Go Online in Chat So Go Online and That Should Fix The Problem

Is this an app? Try these option:

1. Go facebook settings > apps > messenger app
And remove it.

2. Go firefox remove cache and history

3. Restart firefox

4. Install app back

(If not app follow from step 2 and log in facebook again)
