You can't stop people from adding you, that's the whole point of Facebook.

to turn on Follow button.

And from the Privacy Shortcuts, (the Lock Icon on the right hand side)
Chose Who can contact you.

The Closest you Can Get is Friends by Friends to Restrict it To That Click on the Lock on the Upper Right Hand Corner of the Screen than Go to Who Can Contact Me And you will See the Friend Request Setting Click on the Current Setting and Set it to Friends of Friends
