Getting more twitter followers?

How can i do this? Im 16 like a lot of people in my hs have twitter atm its been like 3 weeks and i have 26 followers and follow 56 how can i get more followers and i maybe tweet like once a week idk wat to tweet about

You put has tag and say things like follow for follow and then you get followers.

Put hash tags on any appropriate thing available..
