People RT his tweets all the time.....ALL THE TIME!!!
He always tweets stuff about a trending topic and when you click on that trending topic you'll see that mannnny people RT'd his tweet.

He's a person who roleplays as Voldemort from Harry Potter. He's effectively known for his random tweets.

You don't have to follow him, or anything.
