Should I delete my facebook or should I keep and WHY?
I'm at the time of frustration right now whether I should keep my facebook account or delete it because the feeling of addictiveness has come back, stalking guys I like or my friends.......playing candy crush to kill time but thats really just me procrastinating......keep it because for the sake of my friends and to keep up to date with latest events/invites ........help me make my decision please?? thx

Well here's an idea, If you want to get rid of it, You could start giving all your friends your number in there inbox only, and tell them why your doing that and then you can be sure there's nothing really needed to do on fb afterward. Unless you do have other things but be sure you don't need anything else so that your not anxious to go back.

You must find the root of the problem. In your case the problem is self control. Learn how to resist, this is like a test to examine how strong your will is. Don't delete your facebook account, that's a temporary solution. You can make countless accounts after deleting this one, but by learning how to restrain yourself in these situations you will have no problem now or even in the future.

Think about it this way, It's like letting a website control you. It just sounds stupid, doesn't it?

Marsel's right, if you don't have self control then you're in trouble. You could block the website's ip but if you want to visit it you'll remove the block so self control is the most important thing here.
