How can I get my support group on Facebook to forgive me?

I offended someone yesterday on that particular forum when I suggested she place her children in foster care for a short while. She's struggling to pay her bills, and is being heavily bullied at work. I swear on my best friend's life that I did not intend to cause her any offence. I have since left the group, and find myself blocked; furthermore, this person has also left the group, and I'm worried that something terrible will happen to her because of me. I will promise not to make comments of that nature ever again. How can I rejoin the group?

Just message them that you are sorry and that you did not want to offend anyone. They sure will realize it.
