Can I make my FB personal page settings different than my created page?
I have a personal page in Facebook but I don't want EVERYONE to see it. In other words, I want to customize the settings so that only "Friends" can view my postings and pictures. Now, I want to create a business page. I want it to be viewable to anyone, including postings and pictures. Can that be done?

Yes.

Just go change the privacy on your personal page. Then, make your business page. I'm pretty sure they're automatically public, but obviously you can change the privacy settings on that whenever you want.
