What constitutes cyber stalking or face book stalking?
Every now and then, just out of curiosity, I go on face book or other social networking sites to see what old classmates or colleagues are up to. A friend of mine told me that this is illegal and that its considered cyber stalking. In my opinion that's ridiculous because these sites are public (if you don't want anyone to find you on these sites you can arrange your account that way). For example, a few years ago when I was getting married and lots of people told me that they saw my profile on the wedding channel (I can't sue them for that, hypothetically, because it's public). What do you think?

As far as I know you can check out any ones profile on Facebook and there is no law against it. If they don't want strangers seeing their Facebook profile they should use their privacy controls.
