If you read a Facebook message in an email, does it say that you read the message (in the sender's chat?)

No it only says read if you actually read it in the chat on the facebook website, not in an enail

No, it will only show read if you have read it in your inbox message, the email is only a notification to say you have a message.

Nope. It only says "Seen" if you've clicked on the message from you're Facebook profile.
