Why wont she add me on facebook?

Hello, this may sound weird to ask but I recently asked a girl that i work with to be friends on facebook and she said it was alright. So i did and she added me and was my friend for two weeks but she recently kicked me off it. I asked her at work bc shes always nice to me, she likes to talk to me, and she doesnt seem to be annoyed by me so idk y she would kick me off. She said she had no idea what i was talking about and that we were still friends but when i told her she didnt she said one of her friends had her old phone and hacks onto her facebook from time to time. I know this may sound stupid but I have had alot of luck with people on my facebook not just girls and idk y everyone kicks me off...i'm barely on it and when i am i just make a comment or two or just making a random status

it Seems Like She May Not Be Telling the Truth Have a Talk With her About it If She Claims She Did Not Remove you its Possible Her Account Could Be Hacked or yours Or Something
