How do I find someone I have no mutual friends with on Facebook?
I met this guy on a vacation. He told me to find me on Facebook. I know his full name. He also described his profile picture so I know what it looks like. But I still can't find him. We are both 15 and we live in different countries. Is there any chance to find him?

If the person has the city they live in listed in their "about", then yes. For example: If you meet a person named Jackie Wolf, and she lives in Chicago according to her about, you can search: Jackie Wolf Chicago, and she should come up.
I myself have tried it, and of all the people with the same name, only the ones who lived in the city i searched along with the name came up first, before the others.
But remember, it only works if you know if they have the specific city in their "about" or info in their Facebook page.
Hopefully they do.
