ok so this is a twitter romance

i like this girl on twitter and we get along really well and im starting to fall for her but she also likes this other guy on twitter who she openly has feelings for. BUT - he is no longer on twitter and since then she has taken a liking to me.
Now i believe i was destined to meet her cos of a bunch of reasons that i wont list but now i still talk to her and am comtemplating whether or not to tell her.
I dont wanna scare her off but i get the feeling that she likes me too. we text all the time and have each others instagram, email and snapchat.
How can i play this?
keep it as friends?
or declare my feelings in a tweet or directly to her?

Do tell her you like her, otherwise how will she ever know? If she likes you she'll tell you, if she's not that keen she'll tell you that too. That might not be what you want to hear but life is like that.

Don't do it via twitter or any other electronic means, tell her face to face.
