"The Page you requested was not found" what does it mean on facebook?

Ok so she is my cousin and she is on my fb friendlist but today when I clicked on her profile it says The page you requested was not found. what does that mean? did she blocked me or she temporarily deactivated her accout? I searched by her name from 3other profile and there it also says the page you requested was not found. But she is on my chat list too. But when I want to see her timeline it says this. Nothing happened between us then why would someone block me? But she posted a sweets picture on instagram and mentioned it as Indian food but I nicely commented that it is a bangali sweet and I love it,can someone be offended by this small thing? or did she just deactivated her profile temporarily? Btw she is still on my Instagram,linkedin,twitter and other social network
