If someone blocks you on facebook, will there name or "facebook user" show up in your activity log?

I would really appreciate it if I got the answer to this question! My ex was terrible, and we haven't spoken in about two wks. Though today, I found myself clicking on his name on fb, out of boredom, to see what he was up to. We are not friends on fb, however later today while I was checking one of my friends fb messages, I saw where his name was, and it said "facebook user." ??? He blocked me and I'm so confused. One thing that aggravated me when we last spoke was that he was really arrogant and talked to me badly, and I honestly don't think I sent him a request, but today he just blocked me! So I checked my activity log and tells me who I've requested on fb, but his name wasnt there. So does it just no show up at all if I'm blocked, or did I never add him in the first place, which I'm hoping.

Sorry, :-( I guess you can't send him a friend request if he is blocking you. It would make sense for Facebook to do that because if someone is blocking you it wouldn't make sense for the person to accept a friend request from you. If he was really arrogant and talked to you badly I would let it rest for about two more weeks then try to contact him another way.

No. If someone blocks you on facebook, you cannot see anything about him.
