Invalid recipients on facebook?

I was on chat and tried messaging my friend and this error came out saying,"invalid Recipients One or more of your email addresses are not valid" please help what does this mean?

that means the person you were trying to message got suspended for something like lying about their age, or their name, or creating more than one account

That Means Facebook Thinks your Email Address May Not Be Valid See if it Gives you a Verify Address or Button If So Press it and Facebook Will Send you a Message to your Email Click on the Link Inside
