How do i change my facebook password?

So my ex girlfriend is going through my facebook and my ex girlfriend before her made my facebook and i want to change my password, but im tripping if i do change it my conformation notice will go to the other persons email, or will i just be able to sign in normally without confirming the email with my new password.

Why Did You Let Her Use her email to create Your Facebook ? Either tell her what you're up to or
you're stuck. The confirmation goes to the email you used to create your account if changed.
