If I added people to a group on facebook...?

If I were to add people to a group on facebook so I only share statuses with these people, will there names show up underneath the status where it would normally say public? e.g. if I wrote a tweet would it say 'shared with close friends' and you can see who is in this close friends group?

It would say "shared with custom". Sometimes when you hover over the little "custom" symbol it shows a list of names, sometimes it doesn't do this.
