moving my facebook account?

I already have a Facebook account but i want to deactivate it and make a new one so is there any way to add all my friends on the old account without accessing all their accounts one by one ....

No there isn't sorry, you could add yourself as a friend and just go into your old friends list and add them from that, but there is an adding limit and you can get blocked from adding people.
