How does Facebook chat bar work?
On my FB chat bar it shows 3 people up top then more friends underneath. It shows 2 people I interact with alot (my mom and bro in law) but it frequently shows my ex bf whom I do not speak to. Then my ex bf goes to the more friends section then goes back up when logged in. Why does it show him going under there and back up to the 3?
We didnt talk on FB when we dated, that was almost 10 years ago.

It is because you to talked a lot over Facebook and it shows it so it can be essayer for you guys to talk but Facebook dose not know if he is your mom or dad or anything so yeah the only way to take him off is blocking him

When you Talk to Someone a lot it May Go Up In the Top Either That Or its Done in Just Random Order
