Will the email notification that i followed someone be deleted?

I dont have a twitter but a facebook

i assume they are similar with the deactivation

but i deactivated my facebook for about 6 months
the only email i got was a month after i deactivated the account and it was confirming that my account was deactivated.
So to me... no you will not get any emails
