Instagram won't let me follow anyone?

So I started a new instagram yesterday and I have 300 followers and 500 following and around 8 last night it stopped letting me follow people like it would go from blue to green then bak to blue in a second. When this happens I usually wait an hour but its now almost a day and still nothing

One suggestion is to verify your privacy settings in instagram. If by 'started a new instagram' you mean you downloaded a fresh copy, its possible something got mixed up in the privacy settings. You could also remove it by going into settings/apps (instead of removing through the My apps in app store) then download a fresh copy (its a cleaner removal through settings).

There Mite Be a Limit on the Number of People you Can Follow Unfortunately i Dont Know the Exact Number limit But That Mite Be Why it Wont Let you Follow Anyone Either That or its a Error With Instagram and you have to Wait Til They Correct it
