Im addicted to facebook because I wonder if someone has sent me a message or friend request?

Is anyone else like this? I'll log onto
facebook every 30 minutes to see if someone has sent me a friend request. This is my worst addiction in my life now. Does anybody else do this and how can I become less addicted?

OMYGOSH yes!! D: my mom even thinks I'm talking to people I'm not supposed to but in reality I don't know what I do in Facebook, I don't know, I usually go outside or try to help around in the house more and read

first off hello. well i generally go on Facebook once every 3 days. i never stimulate myself to my friend list when im online either. i am 15 years old and one of the reason im not on facebook is i have no time. see i think your problem is that you are not generally busy therefore you feel the need to check your facebook. i currently have a job, play sports, go to the gym, go to school on focus on my studies. see i dont have time oftern to go go on facebook. my suggestion is stimulate yourself, go out with some friends, just stay busy and i promise you you will forget about facebook nor will you have time fore it!!!!!!!!

Yes, you are addicted, I was the same as you. Best thing I done was to delete my account, never looked backed, I have a life now.
