Problems sending files through Facebook and Hotmail?

I recently purchased a HP 2000 Notebook with Windows 8 , At first I could send files through Facebook with no problem but now they wont upload and I tried sending the file through hotmail but then a windows opens up saying that internet explorer has stopped working . What is going on ? And how can I fix it ? Pleasee Helpp

First, look at the size of the file you are sending. If I'm not mistaken, both Facebook and Hotmail only accept up to 25 MB. If your file is smaller then that, then try changing your Internet Browser. It's possible that the problem is caused by the Internet Browser you are using. Google Chrome or Firefox will do. Good luck
