Is there a way to block people on facebook but not have them know?

Several of my relatives have been friending me recently and whenever i say something that crosses a moral line even slightly they go crazy. If i remove them from my friends list then they call me incessantly, but I still dont want them to see anything I do on facebook (liking posts, commenting, just posting anything in general). Is there a way to do that or am I wishfully thinking?

Go to Privacy and change them fr0m any0ther to "0nly me"
1.Who can see your future
posts?
2.Who can look you up
using the email address
or phone number you
provided?
And change it to "on","Review posts friends
tag you in before they
appear on your
timeline?"
