How long does it take Facebook to verify your ID?

I can't verify my account by mobile and have sent facebook my ID to verify my account. It has been 4 weeks now and I still haven't had my account verified. Has anyone had their account verified by ID and how long did it take?
I have tried lots of times to verify by mobile. I get a confirmation code ok but every time I enter it they say it is invalid. Yes I checked I got the code right. Yes I have requested many new codes.
