How can you find someone's address from their Facebook account?

I'm trying to track a person who keeps bothering me and all my friends. Reporting doesn't help because they make a new account. Anybody know how to track a person down? If so please explain to me so I can do it.

1. Look for their name, or any other names they might use by searching for it on Facebook.
2. Search for their email address(s) if you know them.
3. Look through mutual friends' friends lists for the person (this takes some time though)
4. Try searching for them on Google, their new Facebook will most likely show up there.
5. You might be able to search for their phone number, too.

If it gets too out of hand, report it to the police or try calling facebook (Again, google should have their phone number and other contact information)
