Facebook Page Private Messaging....?
Can you tell me about the advantage AND DISadvantage about Facebook Page Private Message?

Another; can you tell me why they set up PM on Page that would only allowed friends or customers who like us to pm us first, but not us to pm them...

= the reason I ask this because most customers who like us says in comment "pm please..." "pm price" and "pm" their choice... and when I explain to them that they have to pm us, they went quiet and no longer reply, that frustrating and truly worried that they did not understand about messaging through Pages... I need this to show my customers so they will understand the situation... until then, my mouth still foaming explain about pm us first, pm us first...

note: the others/same people still comment 'pm'...
